So I actually made it through the video tonight. (Yes yesterday I stopped it 18 minutes in)… There were a couples times I had to stop to drink water or take a breath, but it is already feeling easier than yesterday.
Hopefully tomorrow is even better.
I have a feeling I will be on level 1 for a while, I am really out of shape and I feel it!!! But I will talk about that more tomorrow, for now it’s time to get in the shower and crawl into bed. :P

Doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred for the second day.
Last night my knees hated me so much. I’m probably going to have to do stretches before starting!!!
I will post my food today.
I have 100 pounds to lose.
I might also post a picture of myself, and I hope people aren’t too harsh.
Here we go. Also having Salmon for dinner with some veggies. :D
I just need to push myself to work out, and not eat out.
